Format and journey
To access lucid dreaming, one should start with an appreciation of their body and mind to then set triggers that will be used during the dreams to awake the conscious while still dreaming.

Conscious in the awake state - The visitor is brought to focus on reality (yoga, meditation, incenses, everything that makes you feel present, connected with yourself and aware of your body and mind)

Setting triggers for the dream State - The visitor sets a trigger and explores a gateway to their own subconscious (visuals, symbols and elements that cannot exist in real life, but only in dreams) ย
3.
Lucid dreams - The visitor tries to re-awake in dreams (anchors to take consciousness in your dreams state and subconscious mind)
